This is a banner I picked up in the Shivaji Park on Vijayadashami day,outside the Durga Pujo pandal of the Bengal Club... ,is it an inkling of the broadbasing of the party support base into various linguistic groups,without compromising on the development of the mother tongue..my view is,it is and if my view is correct then it is indeed a welcome sign.
